According to reports, the woman was driving northbound at around 3 a.m. when her vehicle flipped. Authorities were unsure as to the cause of the crash at the time of the report. No other people or vehicles were involved in the accident that took place just past Interstate 65. The victim, whose identity was withheld, was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The east portion of Trinity Lane was momentarily closed as authorities conducted their investigations.
