Reports said the two-vehicle crash happened on July 8th when a vehicle driven by Michael Dixon, 52, struck another vehicle. Dixon, who fled the accident scene, reportedly came back and attempted to attack a woman who was in the vehicle. Responding police arrested Dixon after observing that he showed signs of heavy intoxication. Though no one was hurt in the accident, the vehicle of the woman who was not named sustained damages.
