Reports coming from the Metropolitan Nashville Police stated the incident occurred at around 9:00 p.m. on July 1 at the corner of Timmons Street and Nolensville Road. A pedestrian, whose details were withheld, was reportedly struck by a vehicle and was brought to Vanderbilt University Medical Hospital while suffering from critical injuries. The vehicle driver, whose name was also withheld, told authorities he failed to notice the pedestrian.
