One person was recently killed and two others suffered injuries in a head-on collision in Tennessee caused by a drunken driver, News 2 reported on January 14.
The fatality was identified as Michael Campbell, a music artist from Kentucky. Campbell was driving northbound on Interstate 65 from a concert when his vehicle was struck head-on by a vehicle driven by Delois Beasley, who was driving on the wrong lane. Beasley later admitted to authorities that she was heavily under the influence of alcohol; she also appeared confused and disoriented, believing that she was the one struck by a wrong-way driver. Beasley and a Campbell’s passenger, identified as Terry Anderson, were both injured in the collision.
The Nashville personal injury lawyers of Pohl & Berk, LLP, are deeply saddened in the recent fatal accident and extend their sincere condolences to the friends and family suffering from this great loss.
