An elderly man in Memphis, Tennessee recently died after he was struck by a vehicle driven by a DUI repeat offender, wmcactionnews5.com reported on September 11.
According to reports, Thomas Holloway on September 9 was heading home on his motorcycle when he was struck by a vehicle on Shelby Drive. The driver that caused the crash was identified as Christopher Franklin. He reportedly pulled in front of the motorcyclist as they were turning. Holloway suffered broken bones and bleeding on the brain. Franklin, whose license was revoked after his fourth DUI, was arrested for driving under the influence and driving without a license.
