Three peopel were injured in a car accident in Brentwood early in the morning of Monday, November 25, according to NewsChannel5.com.
According to police, the head-on collision occurred at around 3 a.m. at Old Hickory Boulevard and Valley View Drive. A westbound vehicle was struck by an eastbound vehicle that crossed the median lane.
The driver of the eastbound vehicle was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center due to serious injuries he sustained in the crash while his female companion, who sustained non-life threatening injuries, was treated at another hospital. The driver of the vehicle who initiated the collision was also treated for injuries and was given blood tests due to the prescription medicines that were found in the vehicle.
